My best friend @jake_sup3rtramp got married to @ganjagirlmorgan at the end of August and I was given the honor of being his best man. The wedding felt like a fairytale! I couldn’t be more proud and happy for them and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my good family friends the Thrush’s! I wish for you both a long love filled marriage full of larger than life sets and to be surrounded by family and friends along the journey💯🍾🫡

Front To The Back, You Know What It Is When I Tapeitydat

was what I was gonna caption this long-overdue EF post… but I realized EF deserves more than that. The music was awesome, but the experience was something unexplainable so imma try to explain it. (If you’re just here for the vibes, pretend that first part was the whole caption and go away.)

EF was special it taught me that everything lost, creates space for something new, and the harder you try to hold on, the heavier it gets. Whether it's losing a person, your favorite shirt, or it's you dropping your phone in a porta potty on Day 2 (Yes, this happened. Yes, I got it out. No, it does not work.)

EF intentionally created a safe space for people to grieve. Whether its death, lost dreams, old friendships, a closeness you didn’t realize was fading, the version of someone you loved that no longer exists, and the version of yourself you’ve had to say goodbye to. It’s layered. It's bitter. But it means you felt deeply and that’s something to honor, not hide.

I realized that what makes a moment last longer than the rest isn’t time, it's presence.
You have make it a point declutter your mind and intentionally let go of that nagging voice telling you all the things you have to do tomorrow. Yesterday's problems and tomorrow's worries, do not belong in today!
Sometimes you just gotta

Slow down.🦥
Ground yourself in the moment. 🧘🏽‍♂️
Focus on the people, the feelings shared, the sounds, the smells 🎶👂🏽👃🏽
(I'm choosing to forget the porta potty)

To my partner in delinquent activities @ariessmercury My mf anchor. Thank you for being a grounding part of the experience. The exploring, the uncontrollable laughter, and even the weird scary 6 legged llama that made us want to leave. I’ll always be grateful for the experiences we shared and the version of us that wandered and danced through that forest.
🌳💃🏽🕺🏾🌳❤️‍🔥

On record jarelys told me to just leave my phone in the porta potty and I should have listened 💩

Thank You @electric_forest Until We Meet Again🌲💫

P.S. Life is heavy. People are fighting silent battles. We forget sometimes. So remember to...
