THESE TWO! They might have been married years ago, but their wedding FINALLY made it onto our blog. Man was this wedding one for the books…the couple, the families, the friends, THE PARTY (not to mention the BRANDING). To say I was lucky enough to be included in this one is an understatement. Kelly & Zach- love you forever! Hope you have fun reliving this day all over again 🤍🤍🤍 To see more, head to our #linkinbio 📷 by @sajephotog #konsideritdone #brideandgroom #mountainshadowsaz #mountainshadowswedding

This time last year, I was burnt out, checked out, and convinced I was done. With events. With being told I wasn’t creative or strong enough. Shrinking myself to survive a job that broke me a little more each day.

I’d lost my voice in rooms where I should’ve been leading. I cried in parking lots. I had panic attacks under my desk (“floor time”, iykyk). I worked on proposals through tears. I almost walked away from this industry entirely.

And then I got out, and found a new work home, and—little by little—I started to unlearn everything over a two and a half year stretch that made me doubt myself.

It’s been a year at Access, and I’m still here. Crying less in parking lots, more from laughter and unexpected compliments. Pitching weird ideas that actually get approved and encouraged. I’ve gotten trophies and core value awards, and all the praise has been wonderful, but I’m mostly proud of how I raise my voice in rooms I used to shrink in. I trust my gut. I take up space. I now laugh instead of cringe at how, a year ago, choosing myself upset a lot of people—and I’ve started wondering why I ever let any of them make me feel so small.

I feel like myself again.

And to the people who helped me remember who I am this past year—thank you. 🤍

Styling your suit to match your wedding vibe can be as simple as choosing the right footwear for your setting. Case in point: cowboy boots for a wedding in Arizona is exactly how it's done.
