All praises to the Almighty for this blessed day. Today, I’m so proud of my daughter for creating a beautiful space where mothers can walk, connect, and support one another. After the heartbreaking loss of her second son, she has turned her love into something that can bring comfort and community to other mothers. What a blessing she is. I’ve shared a lot about what Maternal Sanctuary is, but I realized y’all don’t really know much about the person behind it. 😂 So for our first #FreestyleFridays, I’m stepping a little outside of my comfort zone and getting in front of the camera.

Today, I’m sharing a little more about me, why I started Maternal Sanctuary, and what I hope this space becomes for moms.

And this is just the beginning. Every Friday, we’ll talk about something different from motherhood, life, the things nobody warns you about, the funny stuff, the hard stuff… whatever comes up. No perfect script, just real conversation.
