Loved coaching this group this year! Very proud of each athlete and how they competed at the SAC Championships this past week.

Quick conference recap from the Sprints/Hurdles group:
- 101 points gained between both Men & Women
- 3 Conference Champions
- 11 Conference Medalists
- Fair few PBs & School Records

Excited to get into the last part of the season now!

What a year man! The best season I’ve had so far in my NCAA career, bitter sweet as it still didn’t end the way we thought it would but I’m still grateful for my teammates and the friends I met along the way and the incredible performances my coaches brought out of me. Really didn’t think Mossy Creek was my vibe when I arrived but the peeeeople man, y’all really made my year! This year I had the most fun since arriving America for sure. For now we go back to the drawing board and plan for next season.

What an NCAA Championships for these lads!
- 3rd in 4x100: 39.63 (new PR & school record)
- 3rd & 6th in 100m
- 3rd in the 200m 20.44 (2.3)
- 21 team points earned

Great way to cap off a great season by the whole track & field squad.

Great day of racing yesterday. The lads 4x1 team broke a 46 year old school record & hit a nationals provisional mark running 40.59.
@b_o_y_a_cpt opened with a 47.65 in the 400m for another DII provisional mark. Mixed in with a lot of other PRs and season bests from the rest of the squad!
