WHAT IF THE ONLY GOAL WAS TO LEAVE A LITTLE BETTER THAN YOU CAME?

You don’t need to be in shape.
You don’t need to be the fastest.
You don’t need to know anyone.

Start where you are.

Last Saturday, 50 men showed up. Now let’s build on that momentum.

We’re not here to compete with each other.

We’re here to push each other to become better versions of ourselves — better men, better fathers, better friends and better leaders.

Come as you are. Do what you can. Get 1% better.

LABOR DAY SIDE QUEST. SUNRISE HIKE.

While most people were sleeping in, we got up and put in work.

Saddle Rock → Hot Springs loop.
Good miles. Good people. Good way to start the day.

It doesn’t always have to be weights, burpees or a brutal workout. Sometimes you just need to get outside and MOVE.

Movement is medicine.
Fresh air is medicine.
Brotherhood is medicine.

Get up. Get outside. Get active. Do hard sh*t with good people.

ALWAYS THE EXAMPLE. NEVER THE EXCUSE.

SHOWING UP IS THE WIN.

You don’t have to crush it every day.
You don’t have to be the strongest, fastest, or most motivated guy in the room.

You just have to SHOW UP.

Because showing up creates discipline.
Discipline creates consistency.
And consistency changes who you are.

Get 1% better every day.
One more rep. One better decision. One hard conversation. One morning you didn’t hit snooze. One time you showed up when you really didn’t feel like it.

Those small wins stack.

We’re not chasing perfect.
We’re building men who are BUILT TO LAST.

Keep showing up.
Keep stacking days.
Keep getting 1% better.

ALWAYS THE EXAMPLE. NEVER THE EXCUSE.

These are the Saturdays they’ll remember.

Getting up early. Working out with Dad. Running around with their buddies. A little competition, a lot of laughs, and probably way too many burpees. 😂

THMC has always been about showing up, setting the example and building something bigger than just a workout.

But having our kids out there with us makes it even better.

They’re watching us. They’re learning from us. And now they’re right there beside us making memories of their own.

Someday they might forget the workout… but hopefully they never forget mornings like this with Dad and the crew.

This Saturday is a little different… we’re inviting the kids to join us. 💪

One of the biggest parts of THMC is leading by example.

Our kids are watching us. They see us wake up early. They see us show up. They see us push ourselves, support each other and do hard things.

And now they’re asking, “Can I come too?”

That’s pretty damn cool.

This is our opportunity to show them firsthand what THMC is all about — discipline, effort, community, brotherhood and showing up even when it’s hard.

We tell our kids to work hard, be tough, be good teammates and keep going when things get uncomfortable.

Now they get to see us live it.

And if you’re a guy who’s been thinking about checking out THMC but haven’t made it out yet, this is a great Saturday to start. Bring your kid, take it at your own pace and come see what we’re about. You don’t have to be in great shape and you don’t have to know anyone.

Just show up. Start somewhere.

Bring your sons. Bring your daughters. Let them workout next to us, have some fun and see what it means to set the standard.

Because they’re watching.

ALWAYS THE EXAMPLE. NEVER THE EXCUSE.

Brotherhood is built by SHOWING UP.

This Saturday wasn’t just about the workout. We got after it, watched the sunrise, celebrated one of our captains’ birthdays with the boyz and just had a damn good time together.

And we had to make the birthday a little more special with a special birthday shoutout from the pioneer of THMC himself, Jason Khalipa! 👊🔥 Pretty damn cool.

That’s what Train Hard Men’s Club is becoming.

A place for men to train together, laugh together, push each other and build real friendships. No pressure. No egos. Just a bunch of dudes showing up for themselves and for each other.

As men, it’s easy to get caught up in work, family and responsibilities and forget how important it is to have a crew around you.

THMC is about changing that.

Come get uncomfortable. Meet some good dudes. Build some friendships. Celebrate some wins. Watch the sunrise. And be part of something special that’s just getting started.

You don’t have to be in shape.
You don’t have to know anyone.
You just have to SHOW UP.

The brotherhood takes care of the rest.

There’s something different about starting your Saturday like this.

Good dudes. Hard work. A lot of laughs. Watching the sun come up together in Santa Barbara. 🌅

Train Hard Men’s Club is becoming more than a workout — it’s a movement. It’s about brotherhood. It’s about having guys around you who push you, support you and hold you accountable.

Most importantly, it’s about showing up.

Showing up when you’re motivated. Showing up when you’re not. Showing up for yourself, your family and the guys standing shoulder to shoulder with you.

You don’t have to be in great shape. You don’t have to know anyone. Just come out, put in some work, have some fun and start your weekend with a win.

No egos. No excuses. No commitment. Just show up.

This thing keeps growing, and we’re just getting started.

Come be a part of the brotherhood.

3 THMC members. One gnarly side quest. 🤝

This weekend, they stepped outside the normal routine and took on the DEKA Challenge.

They didn’t know exactly what they were getting into — and that was the point.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable.

THMC isn’t about being the fastest, strongest or most in-shape guy out there. It’s about showing up and becoming a better version of yourself.

Challenge yourself. Do hard sh*t. Take the side quests. Find out what you’re capable of when your brain starts telling you to back off.

Every Saturday at 6AM, men from all walks of life show up shoulder to shoulder. Different ages. Different fitness levels. Same goal:

Get better. Push each other. Raise the bar.

Because when you start choosing hard things on purpose, it carries into everything — how you train, how you work, how you lead, how you show up for your family and how you show up for yourself.

You don’t need to be in shape to start.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You don’t need to commit to anything.

Just show up.

Come grow with us and be apart of the THMC movement. You might find out you’re capable of a hell of a lot more than you thought.

Saturday. 6AM. Cabrillo Skate Park.

TRAIN HARD MEN’S CLUB.

It started with a few guys showing up early on Saturday mornings to train.

But it’s becoming a lot more than a workout.

It’s about showing up.
For yourself.
For your family.
For your friends.
For your community.

Nobody has it all figured out. Nobody needs to be the fastest, strongest or most fit guy out there.

Just show up.

We’re going to start sharing more of what THMC is about—the workouts, the guys, the laughs, the challenges and hopefully a little motivation along the way.

No egos. No judgment. No excuses.

Just a group of men pushing each other to get a little better.

ALWAYS THE EXAMPLE. NEVER THE EXCUSE.

TRAIN HARD. 🤝
