A day in the life of a cheerleader, fueled by Gym Snack. 🖤

@tsugumitakeuchi_ takes us through her game day. 30g of clean plant-based protein and real savory crunch keeping her fueled through it all.

it’s definitely been a year. from finding out i was pregnant to finishing out my senior cheer season 5 months pregnant at worlds all the way to trying out for the university of louisville cheer team.

deciding to continue cheering after finding out i was pregnant is a decision i won’t ever regret. i accomplished a lot and will be proud of myself for doing it.

although i didn’t make the university of louisville cheer team, i’ve grown a lot along the way and it’s definitely been a journey that im so proud of myself for making but i am so excited to come back to cheer and back to what i love.

this comeback means more to me than people realize. stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally — and we’re just getting started ❤️.
