Thank you to everyone that showed up to walk!! Thank you to those that were with us in spirit. Thank you to my fellow @colorofgi ambassadors for showing up. It was cold and windy. And the pollen tore us allergy suffering people up. But we did it. We walked for awareness of IBS.

IBS Facts:
Demographics: About 2 in 3 IBS sufferers are female, and most are under the age of 50.
Impact on Daily Life: 77% of patients avoid situations where bathroom access is limited, and 72% feel their symptoms make it hard to plan daily activities.
Symptoms: Common symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation.
Management: While no cure exists, management includes stress reduction, lifestyle changes, and dietary adjustments.
Cause: The exact cause is unknown but is linked to brain-gut interaction, infection, and stress.

This year has been filled with so much love! Romantic. Platonic. Communal. Agape. We are so full and send that love back out into the world for all to feel and be free. Happy Valentine’s Day from me and bae! #AlwaysBeMyMcCoy 💕🦋

I hosted a Galentine’s Day gathering to bring some of my community together and love on one another ❤️🩷

We laughed. We played music. We ate. We watched Relationship Goals on Amazon. We celebrated sisterhood.

The affirmation gifts included a notebook, pen, and keychain. Each printed with affirmations to remind them they are HER.

And then they sold me out of my book 🥹 I signed every copy with love. The same way I poured into them, they poured back into me.

Let this be your reminder: you don’t need a holiday or a reason to gather the people you appreciate. Create the moment.

If I got it, we got it.

We came. We walked. We raised money for a cure! Today’s @pfforg walk was filled with so much emotion. We felt joy, sadness, gratitude, silliness and love. Of course Demi’s Day Crew brought the vibes but today was so much more than just a vibe. We honored those we’ve lost, those who are still on their journey with this complicated condition, and those of us who care for them. It was a blessing to come together as friends, family, loved ones, and community to work towards a common goal in support of @revdemi. Thank you to everyone that donated and shared. Turns out we were in the Top 10 of fundraisers! Next year we going for that Number 1 spot!

Another week, another PART of a video I did earlier this year. I was in the beginner intensive class @atlantavoiceoverstudio and created all of these videos (well the ones on the clock app) to encourage doing my homework.

Now I just need to take all of my class samples and put them on my profiles 🥲 #voatlanta #voiceover

Look. I said every week, I’m late 😭 and I should’ve did it in order. But this was my most recent post and I didn’t have to redownload onto my phone.

I re-recorded last night but I didn’t edit so take that however you want. Maybe y’all will get y’all’s juice soon 🌚

I’m still here y’all!

Still recording, but I took 6 weeks off of everything and wish I could go back. I need way more than 6 weeks to repair the burn out I’ve experienced for years.

Between tech issues, the business side of things, and work—I feel like I’ve had zero time to work on myself. I’m still struggling with rejection and trying to keep boundaries 🫠

Even with the trials and tribulations, we still chillin and I still have my family in my corner 🥰🫶🏾
