When you see a beautiful event setup, know that this is only a part of the story ๐ŸŽฌ There are ๐’๐Ž ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐š ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐งโ€”from the initial vision and design to fabrication, rentals, florals, lighting, staging, installation, styling, and all the finishing touches that bring everything together. And behind every great event designer is a ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ณ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ who show up, collaborate, problem-solve, and help turn a vision into a reality. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฝโœจ Some productions take ๐๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ to bring to life. There are early mornings, long hours, late nights, countless details, unexpected challenges, heavy lifting, setup, breakdown, and everything in between. It takes a village. ๐Ÿ–ค The goal is always the same: to create an experience that feels effortless and leaves our clients and their guests with So the next time you see a beautiful event, rememberโ€ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐žโ€™๐ฌ ๐š๐ง ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ซ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐›๐ž๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฌ. ๐ŸŽฅโœจ Thank you to all of my phenomenal vendors ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’š @pgisignvisions @12.ninety.and.co @divine_hope_event_rentals @tte_designs @amaysingbartender @thesushishop_ @a1rentalsinc @luxseats4us #sweet16 #eventplanner #eventdesign #behindthescenes #partydecor
