Footage of @mtb_pencilz 's practice and qualy run.

He came, he saw and he raced one of the toughest downhill tracks in the world.

After only 2 weeks on a downhill bike, Tyriq Springer aka Pencil had a clean run on the Black Snake.

It wasn't enough to qualify, but everyone in Val di Sole was impressed.

We are very proud of you Tyriq! 🇹🇹✏️💯

This championship was about more than medals. It was about growth, discipline, teamwork and pushing beyond my limits.

Finishing 3rd Overall in my Boys 11–12 age group, anchoring a Meet Record in the 400M Medley Relay, winning another relay gold, earning a relay silver and an individual bronze, while recording massive personal bests across my events, made this championship one to remember. 🇹🇹🔥

A huge thank you to coach Daniel, Head coach Vincent, coach Rai-Ann, teammates, family, supporters and everyone who continue to believe in me. Your support means everything.

This is just another step in the journey. The work continues. The dream gets bigger. 💯🏊🏽‍♂️

One Team. One Wave. One Mission. 🌊🇹🇹

Congratulations to La Queen Welch on an outstanding performance at the NACAC U18 & U23 Athletics Championships! 🇹🇹👏

La Queen delivered a remarkable personal best in the heptathlon, amassing 4,256 points and recording five individual personal bests across the 100m hurdles, shot put, javelin, 200m, and 800m events.

Her incredible effort placed her just 61 points away from a podium finish, a testament to her determination, talent, and fighting spirit.

But she wasn’t finished there. Shortly after completing the demanding 800m event, La Queen answered the call and stepped up as the fourth athlete for the Girls Under-18 4×400m Relay team. Her commitment and willingness to contribute helped the team secure a well-deserved silver medal.

A phenomenal display of resilience, versatility, and team spirit. Congratulations, La Queen — your performance makes Trinidad and Tobago proud! 🇹🇹🏃‍♀️🥈
