Stars, movement goes beyond stretching. It’s expression. It’s exploration. It’s giving yourself permission to create. Here, Restaration founder and movement instructor Tyler Tamar is improvising—creating movement in the moment, responding to Beyoncé’s “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” through her own interpretation. A beat becomes a gesture. A sound becomes a shape. Patterns and textures unfold as her body and the music move together. You don’t have to be a trained dancer to explore what music brings out of you. Put on a song, get curious, and give your body room to respond. That freedom to explore is part of what we make space for at Restaration. Ready to move with us at Sweat It Out Sundaze? Comment STAR and we’ll send you the direct link to RSVP through the app.

Happy Wealth Wednesday, Stars ✨ I recorded this a while back—a pause in the middle of my workday to return to my mat, move my body, and give thanks. Grateful for the income supporting me today and the possibilities I’m nurturing as I pursue what I desire. A reminder for you, too: make time for yourself, even when life is busy. Take a breath. Stretch. Give thanks. You deserve a moment within the day you’re working so hard to fill. Ask yourself: Is what’s keeping me busy connected to what’s meaningful to me? Today, honor your wealth through your time, your energy, your body, and what you’re creating. Move your body. Make room for yourself. Share one thing you’re grateful for below. Restaration — Return to self.

Restaration in print. ⭐️ A moment worth documenting. Our first magazine collaboration is more than seeing our name and story on a page. It’s a reminder of what can happen when you continue to show up beyond what you can currently see. Restaration began with a vision to create a space rooted in self-discovery, creativity, community, movement, and wellness. Since then, that vision has continued to grow through every person we’ve met, every room we’ve entered, every collaboration we’ve created, and every connection that became a union. Some of the doors opening now were never doors we knew existed. They came from being present. Sharing the vision. Creating anyway. Allowing people to experience Restaration for themselves. And trusting that one genuine connection can lead to another. This feature with VoyageMIA is one of those moments. Our first magazine collaboration — and another reminder that the vision becomes bigger when we allow community to be part of it. To everyone who has attended, collaborated, shared a post, invited us into a space, poured into an idea, or simply believed enough to keep watching: you are part of this story. We’re celebrating where we are without limiting where this can go. This is Restaration. Return to self. Become the STAR. ⭐️

Sweat It Out Sundaze is more than movement — it’s a return to self. Led by Tyler Tamar, we move, journal, reflect, and make space to realign with where we are and where we’re headed. Here, community means being supported while still being held accountable to show up for yourself. It’s sharing ideas, creating connections, and finding ways to pour into one another beyond the things we’re individually building. We sweat it out. We write it out. We talk it out. We keep moving forward. Every 1st + last Sunday of the month ⭐️ Donation-led movement. Come as you are, give what you can, and bring your energy to the space. This is ReSTARation. Return to self — together.

✨ MEET TYLER TAMAR — THE ARTIST BEHIND THE BAGS. Restaration is more than a name on a tote — it’s a message you can carry with you. Tyler Tamar, founder, designer & artist of Restaration, creates each custom tote ONE OF ONE. From the colors and patterns to the textures, details, and placement — every bag is intentionally designed, painted, and brought to life by hand. Her love for fashion has always been rooted in the freedom to show up as yourself. The way clothing can tell a story without saying a word. The way a pattern can catch your eye. The way texture can make you feel something. The way what you wear can become an extension of who you are. Now, Restaration is creating space to show you what happens behind the scenes— the process, the imperfections, the ideas, the details, and the love that goes into every piece. Because just like us, no two bags are exactly alike. Each tote carries its own story while carrying the larger story of Restaration: Creativity. Wellness. Transformation. Empowerment. Community. A reminder to find yourself. To sit with yourself. To create from yourself. To carry what aligns with you. We are collective STARS — and every STAR shines differently. ⭐️ Since Tyler creates each bag individually, quantities will always be limited. ONE-OF-ONE pieces will be available for PRE-SALE, so keep your eyes open for the next collection. Your bag might already be waiting for you… or maybe you’ll inspire the next one. 👀⭐️ RESTARATION — carry the message. Carry your story.
