The view from rock bottom changes everything.
It’s easy to talk about growth when things are smooth, but our deepest, most permanent lessons are forged in the moments when there’s nowhere left to look but up.

That foundation teaches us resilience, clarity, and who we truly are when the noise fades away.

Had an incredible, grounding conversation with my good friend @gabrielcrosby14 today about this exact thing. Grateful for conversations that challenge the perspective and remind us that hitting the bottom isn’t the end of the story it’s just the baseline for the comeback.

the last month of carrying baby boy 🥹🩵 every kick reminds me how much of a miracle he is. while i didn’t love pregnancy, being his home for the last 9 months and developing a love more than words can explain for someone i haven’t met yet has been such a beautiful experience.

bring on august (aka baby month!!!) 🧸🥹🫶
