30 minute litter picking session ✅️

Bit of a ride and clean up mission after some mtb coaching. Filled up the bag, but still more to pick up 🚮

Strapped the litter pickers onto our 20" Hope Academy bikes to make it more of an adventure 😁

What an amazing morning we had for the @trashfreetrails Autumn Community Trail Clean with @weridebikesltd and @leisurelakes_ulverston

The sun shone, 20 people came and we removed a mere 144 items of litter (single use pollution) from the forest which I'll take as a win.
Thanks so much to all who joined us to #leaveapositivetrace 🙏💥🍁

Nearly too hot to race this weekend. I’ve never had to tip a bottle of water on my head at the top of every stage before. @pmba_enduro #mtb #enduro #raceday #llangollen #onegiantleapllangollen #hotterthanthesun

When I’m out clearing up other peoples rubbish, a lot of people thank me and tell me what a great job I’m doing, and that they can’t believe people would leave the place in such a state.

What amazes me is even though they obviously appreciate my efforts they can in the same breath ignore/overlook the crap left behind

The bag in my right hand in the 2nd pic was picked up at the side of a track next to a popular riverside/swimming spot. There must have been countless people who simply walked past and ignored it
