A HUGE thank you to the class of 2025! Couldn’t have asked for better seniors to help capture their final year! 🎓🎉

Loved seeing you all express your high school years through your photos. From sports to cars we had a little bit of everything. 🙌🏼

Good luck to all of you in whatever you have next. Much love! 🫰🏼

Here’s EXACTLY how I explain POSES ⬇️

One of the biggest things I ALWAYS try to do is actually DO the pose myself. I do this for two reasons.

First, to make the client more comfortable. Odds are if I do the pose, it helps them to feel more comfortable performing the pose themself.

Second, it’s just to make sure the pose FEELS right to me. Sometimes, I don’t like how the pose feels in the moment. I wouldn’t know that without performing it myself. 🙌🏼

I try and explain the pose as much as possible. To me, you can’t over explain any given pose. In my opinion, the more information your client can have the better. 🙂‍↕️

Larger groups can be INTIMIDATING, I get it! But here’s a go-to walking pose that YOU can incorporate into your shoot! 👀

Some quick tips: I always explain the walk itself, give them options on what they can do, and have them do it 2-3 times. 🙂‍↕️

I also let them know that it’s going to feel really dumb to mindlessly walk at the camera, but always reassure them that it will look great. And, from what I’ve found, these end up being of of their favorites in the gallery! 🙌🏼
