I still can not find words to express what golf has done for me in the last four and a half years. From buying my first set of clubs at a garage sale for less than twenty bucks, to hitting golf balls for countless hours everyday until my hands were bleeding. To where I would be kicked off the golf course in the middle of the night for turning on the tennis court lights so I can practice putting. I coudn’t thank my parents, friends, the coaching staff, and God enough for helping me get extremely good at golf this quickly where I would go to the state tournament my freshman year with only playing golf for nine months to already playing in some semi-pro tournaments. I hope my name will someday be across the table with Neil Trim and Casey Fernadez as the best golfers that came out of McAlester. I wish I could've had a better standout senior season but unfortunately, I lost a lot of weight due to having kidney failure and a massive heat stroke towards the end of the season. Until then, the underdog seasons are around the corner as I sign with Seminole State Junior College to pursue my dreams to play at a big time university in two years.

senior season⛳️

High school golf has officially come to an end. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to play and create so many memories. I joined the team freshman year not owning golf clubs and had never swung a club before. I worked super hard throughout all four years to improve my game and compete at the state tournament. Golf has taught me to persevere through any situation and enjoy the moment. Thank you to all my teammates and coaches who have helped me along the way. On to the next!
