🎤 Meet @nateroadtopsyd 🎾 on Sunday 26th of July at 10 am (PST🕰) / 7 pm (CET 🕰)

He is a tennis fan and also a Clinical Psychological Doctoral Candidate 🧠

"Tennis to me means a way to regulate distractions. I find that when I step on to the court, I can identify how I’m feeling mentally. I notice that when I make unforced errors or simple issues like rushing the ball and hitting into the net I’m playing less focused. Tennis makes me be more intentional about how I’m regulating my emotions and focus on releasing negative feelings about the last ball I hit. I am able to slow down and find self- discovery through small improvements."
