Reign Cane 🌀

I’m so excited to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Tulsa to run both track and cross country, and further my academic career! If you would’ve asked me in middle school if I loved running I probably would’ve said no. Somehow in between then and now that’s completely changed. I love to run and I love to run with people who love running. I’m so thankful for all of the people along the way who have helped me find the sport I love most!
See you soon @tulsatrack 💙

The Exit Interviews 🎬

This second edition of this year’s series features recent @tulsatrack grad Sean Korsmo.

After a successful high school career at @bhsdemonxc that included state titles on the cross country course and the track, Sean’s talents took him to Tulsa. It was there where he’d become just the second North Dakota athlete to break 4 minutes in the mile.

Sean’s career is one of many highs and lows, including a time where he almost gave up on the sport. Through it all, however, he never quit. In fact, he’s still chasing his dreams now as a post-collegiate.

Listen to Sean share his story of betting on himself, overcoming adversity, and most importantly enjoying the process. Streaming now wherever you listen to your podcasts!
