They say it takes a village, and this Becoming Her: Rooted in Legacy project is proof of that🥹🙏🇨🇩✨

One of my favorite parts of creating is bringing talented people together. I’m a connector at heart, and I truly believe the best things happen when we collaborate and let everyone’s unique gifts shine. I’m so thankful for every person who poured their time, creativity, and talent into this project. Becoming Her is about more than one person. It’s about the power of creating something bigger together. Also, we just hit $2,000 raised for the Ebola Outbreak in the DRC! I am so thankful for this community and how we show up!!! We are on the road to hitting our goal queens!

I never thought I’d see this🥹 dropping full news story at 1pm cst today!

A year ago, we were sitting in doctor’s offices hearing words no family ever wants to hear. This week, we were on the news together celebrating Congo making history.

Life is so fragile, and that’s why moments like these mean everything to me.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for my mom over this past year. Every prayer, every message, every kind word has meant more than you’ll ever know.

God has given us more time together, and I don’t take a single second of it for granted.

I’ll choose making memories with my mom every single time. ❤️🇨🇩 Cheers to Becoming Her mama, two girls we always knew we were meant to be. I love you.

We mean business when we pull up🇨🇩🏆✨⚽️ top 10 favorite moments in my life unlocked🥹

Still trying to put into words how surreal this moment was. To stand in that stadium with my cousin and my mom, witnessing history for our people, is something I’ll never forget. After the year my mom has had, from a diagnosis that changed all of our lives to navigating so many unknowns, and my parents picked up and moved across the country, being here felt bigger than soccer. It felt like a reminder that joy can find you again. Watching her surrounded by her people, hearing our language, seeing our flags wave proudly, and witnessing Congo return to the World Cup stage after 52 years was emotional in a way I can’t fully explain. God really doesn’t play about us. The way He continues to show up, redeem hard seasons, and place us in rooms we never could have imagined, wow he is so good. A TESTIMONY I tell you.

Thank you for all your prayers, love, and good energy over the last few days🥹 you have helped me through so many season and I’m so happy to be living out my big dreams and sharing what’s in my heart with yall!
