"EYE THINK we often miss the importance of building a team and how essential in this season this concept is. Not just people around you but a soild team of individuals who bring skills sets and capcity to a larger vision. Burn out is real and the effective outcomes of allowing a well oiled machine to operate is key. Often times we break down systems when we as leaders don't allow frameworks to play out the way the system was set up or designed to operate. Imposter Syndrome is REAL and eye won't be a victim" @zbeythapoet__ CEO and Founder
