Javfest 2026 was an amazing experience.
Thank you to all the coaches and high level athletes that I was able to learn from this past weekend.

I first threw javelin 4 months ago (April 42m) and took 6th at the NJCAA D3 national meet (May 46.81m) which led to 3x All-American Honors and a team National Championship. After this previous competition I was able to add 8m to my PB in just over a month (July 54.20m). I still have work to do and will continue to improve and develop my skills. I’m excited for all that is still to come!

It’s been a journey. Didn’t quite get the numbers I wanted but hey, made it and placed at nationals so that’s cool. Thx to COD for giving me another chance to compete and do something I love. It’s been fun with everybody ✌🏽

Never would have imagined this would happen due to a very hectic season but proud to say that I competed at the National Junior Olympics in Sacramento this week and was made an All-American. I got 8th place with a pr of 42.05 m and I could not have been happier. Thank you so much to my coach @turner_school_of_throws I would have never made it this far without your help.
