TurnKey Coach gives you the freedom to run a highly profitable coaching business ON YOUR TERMS.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Making more money can hide a messy business.

You sign more clients. Revenue goes up. The bank account gets bigger.

But you still don’t know:

Can I hire?

Can I spend on ads?

Can I pay myself more?

Can I handle three cancellations next month?

More revenue helps.

But revenue by itself does not make those decisions for you.

You need to decide what the money is meant to do before the next decision comes up.

Which one is hardest for you right now: hiring, marketing, paying yourself, or planning for a slow month?

Feature releases: Tasks.

In addition to workouts, nutrition assignments, and programming notifications sometimes you need custom reminders pinned to the calendar. Tasks can now be created for yourself or assigned to the client and visible in the Connect workflow page and client calendar.

If you don’t know these 5 things, you’re a bad coach.

Harsh? Sure. So is a tweaked lower back from a program that never should’ve been written.

Swipe if you’re brave →

“Add weight every session forever” isn’t a program. It’s a countdown.

Smart programming manages volume, intensity, and recovery so the bar keeps going up and your lifter keeps showing up.

“It’s just a little tweak.” Famous last words.

Good coaches adjust load, volume, and exercise selection so a cranky elbow stays a footnote, not the whole chapter.

“Just rest it” is advice. It is not a plan.

A sore shoulder doesn’t cancel leg day. Good coaches have substitutions and strategies ready, so lifters train what they can while the rest heals.

“No pain, no gain” is a T-shirt, not a coaching philosophy.

Some days call for grit. Some call for a lighter session. Telling the difference, every week, for every lifter, is the job.

You’re a coach, not a surgeon. Coach accordingly.

When a problem won’t resolve on its own, the best coaches refer out early. Knowing your limits is a credential too.

Missing one or two?

That doesn’t make you a bad coach. Staying that way does.

Barbell Logic Academy teaches both the theory and the practice of coaching: programming, troubleshooting, and every judgment call in between.
