Still not sure which one is my favorite…
1, 6, 8 or maybe one of the others? 👀

Swipe through and tell me which pose is your favorite — just drop the number in the comments. Or name the skill if you know it. 😉

And I’m definitely most proud of 4 — my deltchev split. 🥹
It’s my very first deltchev split photo! It’s far from perfect, but I’m honestly so proud of this one. 🫶🏼

And yes, I definitely have a few poses I keep coming back to. 😂 But if a shape feels good, looks good on your body and you know you can nail it, sometimes it’s worth doing it again and again. Like my splitbalance, last pic in the slide 😍

So grateful for these two amazing days of shooting, creating, playing and pushing myself on the fabric. 🫶🏼

Now I want to know: which one would you choose?

What shape(s) do you mostly go with?

What a couple of days! 🤍

First of all: 8 WHEELS. IN. A. ROW. 🤸‍♀️😂 I’ve never managed that before simply because I’ve never had enough space for 8 wheels. I even thought about bringing a longer fabric for a 9th one… maybe next time! 😉

The last two days, I organized an aerial silk shooting at the lake for my students and me. 24 students showed up to get some beautiful photos and videos, and we were so lucky to use the construction crane for it!

I spent most of the time watching, helping and technically supporting everyone, making sure they felt confident and everything was set up correctly. I’m so proud of how well everyone worked together and looked out for each other. 🤍

The crash mat could definitely have been bigger 😂 but most importantly: nobody fell, nobody got injured, and everything went perfectly!

I haven’t seen the photos yet, but I’m already so excited. What a beautiful weekend! 🤍

Would you have tried 8 wheels? 😂

A little glimpse into yesterday… 💚

What a day! 😍

Yesterday, Akro Monkey Aerial Acrobatic was part of the Slow Up Bodensee — a car-free day where the roads are closed to traffic and filled with people on bikes, rollerblades, skates and more. 🚲🛼🛹

And we got to hang our silks from a crane and let people experience aerial silk for themselves! 💚

It was such an incredible day, made even more special by all the familiar faces that stopped by. And then there were my students… 🥹

Around 25 of my approximately 50 students came by throughout the day — and honestly, that made me so incredibly happy! 💚

Some stayed for a while, helped out, talked to people about Aerial Silk, showed them what aerial silk is all about, and helped anyone who wanted to give it a try. They demonstrated drops & shapes— and were simply there whenever someone needed a helping hand.

I’m incredibly grateful to every single one of you who came by. And a very special thank you to everyone who actively helped throughout the day. I couldn’t have wished for a better team. 🥹💚

Thank you so much to @slowup.ch @slowupbodensee @molkereifuchs and @spielmix.ch for making this possible!

What a day. What a team. What an amazing experience. 💚

I’m already looking forward to the next one!

- 3x IN A ROW -

A lot of fun and progress with @yuchen_724 @ruhrpottcross
At the end 3x in a row a full run as a cardio session to see the current condition which isn’t one of my strengths, right up to the final obstacle.

This time I’m the Lucky-Man. Next time you are the one @liutkus_ocr but we both rocked the 1/8 finals 🙌

It was a pleasure to run with you head to head.
