I love the fact that my clients who’s knee pain at one point kept her from showing up regularly to our training sessions, now tells me she hasn’t had knee pain since we started the “Kneehab” group training! She’s eager to take on more exercises and challenges!
We’re strengthening the knee’s supporting muscles in a more targeted, less impact and load bearing training style!
I’m super excited to see the progress!!!

KneeHab with Coach Coop @shock_fitness_studio!
Oftentimes Knee discomfort comes from the muscles around the knees not handling their weight and putting more pressure on the joint than intended. In our “Kneehab” small group we’re working to strengthen those surrounding muscles to improve the knee health!

The 57th National Convention of the most glorious sisterhood 🔺has ended, and while it certainly brought much joy (my 130° LSs, my SPG & my neo nieces), I experienced moments of profound sadness almost every day I was in DC. But my momma is the reason I’m a Delta and I know she was/is with me every day. My LS Tori gifted me with this reminder of that fact, and I wanted to share it ❤️
