Let’s go to @cropcons together 🥹💙

Last year, I had the incredible luck to win a CropCon ticket giveaway by @piedmontbrandco that expanded my creative community by leaps & bounds 🤯

I got to meet so many industry heroes but also finally meeting so many online friends after YEARS of never actually seeing each other in person 🥹

I got to take incredible workshops by friends, like @happyimpulse & @misshuyendinh and support a longtime online friend & cheerleader @lakehouse_designs speak on stage 🥹💙

Going to conferences not only help me elevate my skills as a lettering artist & designer, but it provides connection with a community where I feel like I’m good enough to take up space in my own industry even during the moments where I doubt myself 🥹

This isn’t just networking, it’s about elevating your mindset to meet a higher level of professionalism and to surround yourself with a crowd of people who just want to build the world to be a better place through creativity 👏🏽

See y’all at the @womenoftype Meet Up tonight AND the CropCon Kick-Off Party tomorrow 🥰💙

Thank you @cropcons for gathering some of the best humans in the design industry. Leaving inspired and ready to take things to the next level and build the future with some of the creatives I met. 📈

I always considered myself lucky but I never expected the opportunity to win a giveaway ticket to @cropcons courtesy of @piedmontbrandco 💙

I have spoken to so many of y’all online for YEARS and it’s been insane knowing I only just got the chance to see you all in person this past week for the first time 🥹

The amount of joy & genuine connections I’ve made truly made me tear up multiple times during this trip (but I wouldn’t dare mess up my make up 🤣)

From design students to creative veterans in the game, at this conference, we were all just people seeking friendship, connection, and maybe a few cans of beer 🍻

It is always a good reminder that we all have an origin story, a place where we all started.

Sometimes we don’t have it figured out, and some of us will feel like we never will.

But as long as we keep moving forward, we’ll always get to where we were always meant to be.

Thank you to every single individual that allowed me into your circles, never making me feel like I didn’t belong, even when I was a bright blue dot in a sea of black shirts 💙

It is hard not to be intimidated by greatness, but it’s even harder to try and imagine yourself becoming great.

We do not need permission to walk among giants, because we all have the opportunity to become one.

And the thought of that is absolutely terrifying.

But the scariest thought is not even trying.

And with a community like this, even when you fall, there are so many people here to pick you back up 🙏🏽

It has been an overwhelmingly great experience being around so many creatives at @cropcons these past few days. Even though it was a graphic design conference, I walked away with a new fresh perspective, a better & kinder way to treat my art, new connections, and a deeper appreciation for the creative process. 🤘

Our favorite printer, @moo, was kind of enough to support @youarenotalonemurals last year when we partnered with @ridepriority for #prioritydelivers.

Um, this image is upsidedown which I didn't even notice until I went to post it. But it's a genius #ambiagram by @turnttype so it doesn't matter. So freaking genius...

Thank you to our contributing artist @turnttype for this beautiful postcard design. Postcards were printed by our friends at @moo as a part of our very special program #prioritydelivers with our tremendous supporters at @ridepriority.

Custom painted bikes went out with Priority staff, artists and volunteers handing out these postcards. Postcards were designed by different artists and all contained the same message #youarenotalone.

Happy to help spread some good vibes with this postcard piece for @youarenotalonemurals 💛🖤🤍

YANAM is a public art project that inspires artists to create work in their communities–sparking hope, connection, and conversations about mental health.

As part of the #prioritydelivers program, custom-painted bikes went out with @ridepriority staff, artists and volunteers to hand out special postcards.

The postcards were printed by @moo and created by different artists, all containing the same #youarenotalone message. ✨

Swipe to see the designs and the rad bike @dirtybandits painted, which happened to pair perfectly with my design! 🥰
