Found a nice 👍🏼 owl 🦉 feather 🪶 today. Great horned owl I think. Left it planted vertically right here so others could enjoy it. (Was flat on the trail where I found it.) looks like a quill 🪶 pen 🖊️. Was plogging on Jamaica 🇯🇲 Trail. #owl #birds #feathers #bird #inspiration

Hey do you remember? What a nice 😊 21st day of September. Crushed a strong 💪🏼 5.3M prairie trails run 🏃 very misty/rainy for 5k. Then like this song says we chased the clouds away somehow. Wanted to run longer but nature called 💩. Oops 😬 and darn. Pushed the pace pretty hard. Good fartlek 💨 effort. Take care and bye summer hello 👋🏼 fall. 🔥🏃#september #fun #challenge #fitness #healthy
