Postcards from Dicovery Coron, Philippines 🇵🇭

I brought my camera into the saltwater. Don’t know if this is bravery or recklessness. Luckily no camera was harmed during this trip. 🤣

Took a nap during this 40 minutes boat ride to the resort. Water was really clear and blue. 🌊

My first snorkelling experience. It was an unforgettable experience seeing the beautiful marine life and colorful corals. 🪸🤿 But getting stung by planktons weren’t that fun. 🥲

Salamat sa Gopro photos at videos @cremaemories 🫶🏻🧡

Finding Nemo in real life 🪸🐠🫧

Always found the relationship between clown fishes and sea anemones really fascinating since they rely on each other.

An off-menu cheeky mango rum cocktail to beat the heat. 🥭🍹

Tropical lunch view from the Firefish restaurant and I have missed Filipino cuisine so much. I almost cried when I had champorado, tocino and pandesal. 🥹🌴🥥

Tried stand-up paddleboarding. Since I suck at balancing already lost count of how many times I fall and drank the saltwater. Even the lifeguard had to come save me at one point. 🤣🛟

Other than water activities there are also cruise and island hopping tours available in the resort. 🚤

A lot of family did kayaking which also allows you to observe the marine life from the shallow waters. 🛶

Got dragged on an early morning hike to Eagle’s Point. Seeing the sunrise midway motivated us to keep going despite dying from the humidity and heat. 🌄

Nothing beats the feeling of bare feet on warm sand during the golden hour. 🏖️

I can never get tired of watching sunsets and one of the reasons why orange is my favourite colour. 🌅🧡

“Sunsets are proof that endings can often be beautiful too.” (Beau Taplin)

I was just about to board my connecting flight back to HK, when one of the plane’s tire flattened. After a chaotic scene inside the airport with people crying and shouting, I was inside a van on the way to the hotel and managed to capture this view when I was still processing everything that just happened.

So ended on a side quest to the city center via trike that night to visit a church and spent USD 5 on both haircut and pedicure. 🤣
