We hope everyone’s work week is off to a great start! And since it’s Monday, it’s time to brighten someone’s day with a free bowl of Udon for our #marugamemonday! This week we choose @twasnummy and her beautiful shot of our MENTAI KAMATAMA UDON. This is such a delicious dish that doesn’t get much recognition, so we thank you @twasnummy for bringing this dish to the spotlight! We hope you enjoy your free Udon on us! If you love seafood, you will love this dish. Many guests don’t know what to expect or how to eat this dish, which is probably why many don’t order it. But for the guests that do try it, many of them say it becomes their favorite Udon! It comes with Mentai (Cod Roe), a Hot Spring Egg and shredded seaweed. You then top it with your favorite toppings, add our “Dashi Shoyu” to taste, and mix it all up! This Udon is only available in our CALIFORNIA locations, so give it a try if you are ever in the Golden State! We will post another video of Chef Aki showing us how to eat this dish tomorrow, so stay tuned! 🤩🍜💕 • • • #udon #sanukiudon #marugame #marugameudon #marukame #marukameudon #mentaiko #mentai #japanesenoodle #japanesenoodles #udonnoodles #udonsoup #udonlover #noodlelove #noodlelover #noodlelovers #coldweatherfood #winterfood #winterfoods #hawaiieats #hawaiifood #hawaiifoodreviews #oahueats #oahufood #oahufoodie #honolulueats #honolulufoodies #waikikieats
