Loss of radiance is often more than a superficial concern. Dehydration, uneven texture and impaired barrier function can alter the way light reflects from the skin, leaving it looking less clear, smooth and vital.

In this case conducted by Dr Rosie Sutton, The Power Serum by @awvi.life was selected to restore hydration, refine the skin surface and support a smoother, more luminous appearance.

Recommended integrations can extend this action:
→ The Skin Biotic acts as the core essential, supporting microbial balance and inflammatory regulation along the gut-skin axis to improve hydration and radiance from within.
→ The Gentle Cleanser provides strategic support, removing impurities without disrupting the skin’s moisture balance or barrier integrity.
→ The Active Cream offers targeted integration, replenishing moisture and reinforcing barrier function to maintain a smoother, more supple skin surface.

Lifestyle factors also influence skin vitality:
→ Maintain consistent sleep to support overnight regeneration.
→ Prioritise a varied diet rich in fibre, polyphenols and essential fatty acids.
→ Protect the skin from excessive UV exposure and environmental stress.
→ Avoid over-treatment that may compromise barrier function and moisture balance.

Restoring radiance requires more than a surface correction. It means addressing hydration, texture, barrier integrity and internal balance as interconnected elements of skin health.

Acne-prone skin is not defined only by visible breakouts. Even when lesions appear localised, they may reflect a wider state of imbalance involving excess sebum, follicular congestion, microbial disruption, barrier stress and inflammatory activity across the skin and gut.

Effective care therefore requires more than drying out blemishes or treating each breakout in isolation. It calls for an approach that helps support clearer skin by improving the conditions that influence congestion, inflammation and long-term skin stability.

At @tweakeast, Dr Rosie Sutton approaches skin health through personalised, medically led care with a holistic and preventative philosophy. Her work considers the factors that shape individual skin behaviour, combining evidence-based interventions with a broader understanding of skin balance and resilience.

How AWvi complements this approach from the inside and out:
→ The Skin Biotic supports microbial balance along the gut-skin axis and contributes to healthier inflammatory responses
→ The Gentle Cleanser cleanses without stripping, supporting barrier integrity in skin prone to congestion and irritation
→ The Active Cream reinforces the barrier with biomimetic lipid support while contributing to a calmer, more resilient skin environment

Protocol under the supervision of Dr Rosie Sutton. Photographs taken at T0 (baseline) and T20 (week 20). Treatment combined daily intake of The Skin Biotic nutraceutical (1 sachet daily) with twice-daily application of The Gentle Cleanser and The Active Cream.

Dr Rosie Sutton is the Founder and Medical Director of @tweakeast in East London, a medically led clinic founded in 2021 and accredited by Save Face since 2022. With a background in dentistry and qualifications including a BDS, BSc and PGCert, she is an award-winning facial aesthetics practitioner known for a holistic approach linking skin health, nutrition and lifestyle.

So are collagen supplements worth the hype?

The current evidence is mixed, but here is the catch: when you remove industry-funded studies from the equation, the benefits often lose their statistical significance.

If your diet is low in protein and collagen, supplementation might provide a minor boost.
However, a food-first approach should always be your primary goal! 💪🍳

Focus on your diet before reaching for a supplement.

Dullness is not defined only by a lack of glow. Even when the skin does not appear visibly irritated, it may reflect a slower biological rhythm shaped by dehydration, reduced epidermal renewal, oxidative stress, barrier fatigue and microbiome imbalance across the skin and gut.

Effective care therefore requires more than brightening the surface. It calls for an approach that supports hydration quality, improves renewal, reduces low-grade inflammatory pressure and restores the conditions the skin needs to reflect light more evenly.

At @tweakeast, Dr Rosie Sutton approaches skin through personalised, medically led care with a holistic and preventative philosophy. Her work focuses on subtle, evidence-based interventions that respect individual skin behaviour while supporting longer-term clarity, balance and vitality.

How AWvi complements this approach from within and at the surface:
→ The Skin Biotic supports microbial balance along the gut-skin axis, helping regulate inflammatory pathways that influence tone, hydration and radiance
→ The Gentle Cleanser removes daily impurities, pollutants and dulling residues while preserving barrier integrity and microbiome balance
→ The Power Serum delivers biomimetic actives to support multi-layer hydration, smoother texture, oxidative stress defence and improved light reflection
→ The Active Cream reinforces the lipid barrier, restores hydration quality and supports cellular and surface renewal for a fresher, more radiant-looking complexion

Rosacea-prone skin is not defined only by visible redness. Even in lighter presentations, it may reflect a state of ongoing cutaneous reactivity shaped by vascular sensitivity, barrier fragility and microbial imbalance across the skin and gut.

Effective care therefore requires more than the short-term reduction of flare activity. It calls for an approach that helps restore tolerance, reduce background inflammation and support a more stable skin environment over time.

At @tweakeast, Dr Rosie Sutton approaches skin health through personalised, medically led care with a holistic and preventative philosophy. Her work emphasises subtle, evidence-based interventions that respect individual skin behaviour while supporting longer-term balance and resilience.

How AWvi complements this approach from within and at the surface:
→ The Skin Biotic helps support microbial balance along the gut-skin axis and reduce systemic inflammatory pressure
→ The Gentle Cleanser helps preserve barrier integrity and maintain a more stable skin environment during periods of reactivity
→ The Active Cream helps reinforce the barrier with biomimetic lipid support while contributing to calmer, more resilient skin responses

Protocol under the supervision of Dr Rosie Sutton. Photographs taken at T0 (baseline) and T4 (week 4).

With a background in dentistry and qualifications including a BDS, BSc and PGCert, she is an award-winning facial aesthetics practitioner known for a holistic approach linking skin health, nutrition and lifestyle, and is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Nutrition.

We often get clients feeling anxious about lip dermal filler over-volumising or giving an unnatural look. But check out this result!

The tweakment for this beautiful client, treated by Dr Eliza at our sister clinic, focused on hydration, soft structure and line smoothing. By using a small amount of filler, we can boost the lips from within and improve texture, whilst keeping everything natural and balanced.

Specifics
▪️ Lip Augmentation
▪️ 0.5ml Teoxane RHA2
▪️ Microcannula technique

The results show a fully settled result at 2 weeks post-treatment, demonstrating just how refined and natural lip treatments can be.
