We know that times are tough and that both donating and supporting fundraisers can be a stretch. That makes this support mean even more to us. Thank you for showing up, supporting events like this, and for being such an incredible community.

🩵 Canix.KW truly is the best canicross club 🩵

Some clubs pick favorites, but not us. We run with them ALL 🐾💨

From gentle giants to the pocket rockets (& yes, even the spicy ones 🌶️) - every pup & every human has a place at canicross 🖤

We don’t care if you woof loud, wiggle hard, run slow, or need a little extra space… you’re part of the pack ✨

Art by the amazing Genevieve. 💗 My sister lost her sweet kitty, Bugsy. Love this so much. Dragonflies have extra special meaning for my sister so I asked G to include one in the drawing as well. Thank you so much @twentyfourstars 🥰

You are not meant to do life alone. Why not join us at this months Sisterhood Circle that I host at @theyurtkw 🫶🏻😊

Life has a way of knocking us down—sometimes in quiet ways, sometimes in ways that shake us to our core. And yet, we keep going, holding it all together, wondering if anyone truly sees us.

But what if you didn’t have to carry it all by yourself?

A woman came to our Sisterhood Circle for the first time. She didn’t know what to expect. And yet, by the end of the circle, she said:

“I felt I could be pretty open and didn’t fear being judged.”

That’s the magic of being with other women who are on this journey, too. Women who get it. Who hold space for you. Who remind you that you are never alone.

And because more women are feeling the pull to be part of this circle, I’m now gathering us twice each month in the beautiful energy of the Yurt. I’m beyond grateful you are trusting me to create this space for us🥹

There are just a few spots left for:
✨ Thursday, April 17th | 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
✨ Sunday, April 27th | 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM

This is your invitation. To choose yourself. To embrace vulnerability. To step more fully into your life—surrounded by women who will meet you exactly where you are.

Come for connection. Come for self-care. Come to fill your cup.
And most of all—come for the reason that’s whispering to you right now.

💜 You belong here. Drop “Sisterhood” in the comments or message me to learn more and to save your spot. I can’t wait to open the doors for you too. I’ve got a spot saved for you 😊

To the incredible women who joined us in this past Thursdays Sisterhood Circle at @theyurtkw — Thank YOU 🙏🏻 . Your energy, honesty, and support created something so special. 🥹

You showed up. You let go. You made space for what’s next. I know you are feeling lighter because of it, aren’t you?! 🥰

As we move into Spring — a season of growth and possibility — may you continue to protect your energy, speak your truth, and rise into what’s calling you.

For those attending March 30th Sisterhood Circle I can’t wait to create the most beautiful space for you too!

If you joined us, drop a few words below to describe how you felt during or after the circle — your words might be exactly what another woman needs to hear to say yes to herself. 😊

🤫Don’t give out any specifics though…
We want those who are attending the circle at the end of the month to have the same experience you did.

Ready to join the next one?!

Check your email inbox if you were at last week’s circle or have attended a circle in the past… you can grab your spot now for the next one!

If you are interested in attending our next Sisterhood Circle on Thursday April 17 from 6:30PM - 8:30 PM. you can grab your spot as of 6PM tomorrow night ! I will have the link available to you then. Stay tuned!

Drop “sisterhood” in the comments and I’ll DM you the link too if you don’t want to miss it !

We’re not meant to do life alone — and you don’t have to. 🤍
