Our Mental Reset 2026 was an event to remember! It was a time of self-reflection, gratitude and new connections. We designed our own personalised journals, played experiential games, role played a few scenarios to learn how to better support our friends, tested our wits in the escape room, crafted tedious but rewarding paper quills, and even got to take a bit of the event back home with our handmade terrariums and plastic keychains! 🪴Our post-it wall became a rainbow colored wall, decorated with encouraging messages and self-reflection. 🌈
Special thanks to C3 for lending a helping hand, a listening ear, as well as sharing your insights. Thank you to the TWG Krumpers for their riveting and evocative performance, the lovely melodies by the Saint Andrew’s Concert Band, and most importantly, all who attended. You made this possible! See you all again next year! 🫶❤️

We’ve been wanting to do this for so long, feels so fulfilling to finally meet in person and converse in krump so raw and so purely. Dance is truly a language that connects people from different parts of the world🥹 Hope you enjoy this snippet of our vulnerability ♥️
