I was going to put music over this post, but I want you to hear my hoots and hollers in full 🗣 There's a lot that has happened from the first photo to the last. I have moved into a new apartment (if you know my past living situation, you know the shit Ive been through...) Happy to say I love my new place and new roommates! Moving, especially in a heat wave in July, is not for the faint of heart...I only cried three times! The one thing that has kept me sane through it all is music and my friends. From jamming with my jamily at @umphreysmcgee & friends, to @davep_makingtime on Bok's rooftop for 4th of July, going to hibachi for the first time to celebrate love between Mr. Handsome Sake man and Handsome Sake man wife 😂, then a free @solar_circuit_music show on the water that blew me away! @tameimpala on a Wednesday night with my homies, then solo to another @lotusinstagram show on a Thursday and running into old Buffalo friends! Then to top it all off, finally meeting my fave media photographer @phobymo who took photos of me doing the most while @bwcsounds ripped the decks (the last photo is how I've been feeling the last month good and bad lol) Elements is this week, so prepared to be SICK of me! 😈😈😈

Frendly Gathering 2025 🦋 wow you were beautiful 🌞

What a blessing, and an adventure. The Frendly crew, the vendors & hospitality for vendors was on point 🕊️ I felt very taken care of & welcomed 🤍 it felt so amazing & unreal to be back on Timber Ridge for my 5th Frendly!

Getting to connect with over 100 people ~ frends old & new ~ who I’ve met throughout the last 18 years of twiddle & Mihali concerts, while blending the world of my herbalism business & live music experience together was surreal 🚀

I experienced joy, love, moments of absolute musical bliss, connection & all while being able to share my remedies//education & assist those in need with stings, bites & wounds as an herbal medicine tent ~ such a bright spot this past weekend will hold in my memory 🌸

& b i g gratitude to my friend Noah @shamanicpathways for helping me vend, holding down the table so I could galavant around the mountain 🏔️ to connect & see my favorite musicians perform, & most importantly for holding me down with a grounding & healing, sweet, gentle presence while I rode the waves of emotion that the weekend brought forth for me 🦋 you crushed it! 🦊🐺🌈⚡️🌞

& every beautiful wave comes with challenges, some unexpected & shocking ~ a dear sweet friend passed away following the festival. I met her two winters ago on her birthday at a Mihali show in Killington VT & she was a bright, vibrant presence in my life 🌸 forever loved & remembered, Arreona Davey 🩷

So. much. love. Until next time 🌸🩷🌸 & thank you @rileykathleenimages for the setlist from Trevor Hall, that set had me in tears & was deeply transformative for me 🦋 love you 🤍
