Project: Aqua Powder bathroom.

Mixing materials is an art. It’s about carefully curating textures, patterns, and finishes so that even the busiest mix feels connected—each element complementing the next, coming together as one.

Before a piece finds its place in a home, it catches our eye somewhere else.

A day of sourcing with Adi—exploring textures, considering finishes, and finding the details that bring a space together.

What do you see when you look at an overlooked room?

At Grove Isle, we imagined a quiet retreat with a little personality. Custom millwork brings wardrobe storage, display shelves, and a nightstand surface together. The daybed offers a place to lounge, with drawers below for even more storage. Opposite it, a TV sits recessed into the wall.

Above, textured wallpaper draws the eye across the curved transition between wall and ceiling. The round ceiling light completes the composition, while playful @karmanitalia sconces bring a moment of fun. Every detail helps this compact room feel more open, comfortable, and entirely its own.

A good old fashioned before and after🙌🏾 This was the primary bathroom we transformed for @kbshowhouse circa 2021. Not one ☝️ AI prompt in sight. The good old days. Who else has struggled to post content because it isn’t AI savvy 🙋🏿‍♀️ It is exhausting. But anywho. Happy Friday eve kings and queens. How we doing? Holla 👇 📸 @sargentphoto

📍 @bubabureka
193 Bleecker St, NYC

Chef Ben Siman-Tov is the same person behind the legendary Breads Bakery, so you know the pastry is next-level good!

Buba has been born from a childhood memory of Friday morning bakeries in Israel, the flavors are pure, comforting, and fresh, and remind me of my childhood (-:

Their flaky, golden amazing burekas come served with a jammy egg, olives, pickles, and a trio of sauces: tahini, crushed tomato, and schug.

It's an experience that feels both personal and perfectly New York.
Worth the hype.
Don't overthink it.
Go.

Where stone meets art.

Behind the scenes as two custom elements come together in this powder room, a natural stone vanity, fabricated specifically for the space, paired with a custom mural wallcovering that transforms the surrounding walls.

A small space designed to make a lasting impression.

More to come.

Introducing RUBY - The private lounge at Lenox Room.
Inspired by the rouge toned wallpaper that adorns its walls, cascading female silhouettes shaped the palette and identity of the room. Deep reds, tactile finishes and sculptural forms create something sumptuous, sensual and entirely its own.
