WOW! WOW! WOW! Hard to believe a decade ago, this week, I'd recieved my @usabatontwirling Pan Pacific Cup #TEAMUSA jacket for Stockton 2017. Never ever did I imagine nearly a decade to the day later @laserheads would have my @twirlanyway # teamusaparatwirl for @ibtf_batontwirling #ibtfparis2026 World's first ever ParaTwirl Exhibition/Debut. I said in 2023, I was going to retire, focus on my dissertation and enter the next chapter. NEVER did I'd imagine my final time representing my home sweet home 🇺🇸 would be in 🇫🇷 as a #paraathlete and bring the greatest sparklest show on earth full circle!

30 days.... 5 Aug 2026.... a day I'll be so humbled to represent the USA in our 250th yr as an athlete & enter the professional development role on the same day!

This is proof even crazy small town dreams come true in the craziest of ways!! @t2fc_comp
I am officially 1 month out of stage 3 Leukocytosis to stage 1 & 15 Jul my yearly pre cancer gyno biopsy! Our sport surrounds us with so many reasons to share hope, be the strength for others & inspire!

All I can say is thank you to my team around me for reminding me to just be me. Be Doc Sparkles and share the light, love, and know I've always got the eye of the tiger
