💉St. Dulcet asylum: sanity is optional 🪚

Welcome to St. Dulcet Asylum, where the Victorian gaslight flickers just bright enough to hide the scratches on the walls. In this gothic revival ward, the line between healer and haunted has long since dissolved. Our Director keeps her ledgers in ink that never quite dries, Patient Logs, Admissions, Treatments, Mortality, while her eyes remain hollow as the jars lining her shelves.

Dark academia meets medical horror, a 19th century nightmare of straitjackets and stained glass, where sanity is just another diagnosis waiting to be rewritten. Gothic architecture looms over rusted instruments, psychological horror seeps through every archway, and the only thing more unhinged than the patients is the care they receive.

Now I completely understand this, all too well. In the beginning it worked.. I had done your Zombienation Challenge and wanted to make sure you saw it. I carefully knocked onto your DM and said something like: Hey, I did your challenge and I hope it’s okey I sent it to your DM. If it’s not I can unsend it.. Little did I know how much that message opened up and of course coffee. ❤️

Nevertheless, the artwork, life and conversations that has connected us in the way it has. I still mean it and I still think you should have your own Art Exhibition. This time it’s coming to you. Rita's Diner, we serve sunshine and rainbows !

But Rita as a waitress is another deal, this cranky hag is the equivalent of stepping on lego on monday mornings whilst hurrying up for a work presentation you still need to finish in 2 busy subways.

Rita's diner flourishes, it's just Rita and the regulars know it, it is kind of why they come here.

Nah I'm lying, the breakfast here is great and the service this waitress provides..well at least the breakfast is great!

When you showed me this song, I quickly asked if I could create a video project to it. You said yes, but take your time. The more time I’ve used, frustrating times and creative thoughts. My own life changed rapidly, and that gave me a new perspective towards this song and video production. 🫂

At least I'm not on crack... 👀

Honestly, looking back at my choices lately, things were looking pretty grim. 💀 Decisions were made. Mistakes happened. My bank account is actively crying.

But then I took a step back, looked at the bigger picture, and realized something truly beautiful. Out of all the chaotic things I am currently struggling with in life right now, crack is simply not on the list. Counting my blessings today. 💅🏼✨
