It took me a few days to even find the words for this…

I’m still somewhere between completely exhausted and still high from what we all experienced last week at @randomcircles . 💛

After a year of working, planning, stressing, creating and putting so much heart into these four days… suddenly it’s over. And I still can’t fully process everything that went down.

When you’re so deeply involved in creating something, you barely get the chance to experience it yourself. I’m usually running around somewhere 😂 — but then I catch these little moments: the smiles, the hugs, the circles, people/ my friends from all over the world connecting, dancing and sharing together.

And that’s when I’m reminded why i do all of this.
Like minded people coming together…✨creates magic.
Community has been a source of life… a way to exist, where I am from! And it’s Culture is rooted within.

I’m deeply grateful to every single person who came with that vibration in their heart — ready to give and receive. 🫶

It’s incredible to see what this platform has grown into while somehow still feeling like one big family meeting every year.

And from the bottom of my heart — THANK YOU TO MY TEAM. For your trust, energy, patience and countless hours behind the scenes. Y’all are the core of this experience. None of this would be possible without you.

Random Circles has never just been about throwing an event. It’s way more than that…
It’s about the people who fill it with life.

Honestly, I still don’t really know how to explain this weekend, I think it’s gonna take me years to really put into words what happened there.

This event was part of my bucket list as a dancer and as a DJ, so being invited to play there was honestly very special for me.

From the first day to the last one, I felt completely inside the culture I love, the music, the dance, the people, everything.

And seeing @guiltysimpson , @therealdankeryharv313 & @franknitt and also @phat_kat_aka_ronnie_euro from Detroit perform live was something else.
Hearing in front of us the music we’ve been listening to in our headphones, the music we dance to, the music that has been part of our lives, it’s another level of connection with the culture.

Random Circle really allowed us to experience that, from the music in our headphones to seeing the people who made it perform right in front of us.

What really stayed with me is how the music was truly the priority, from the DJs to the way the whole event was built, everything was made to create moments, and it worked.

Big shout out to @lumisow @didier_tijo for their 🔥🔥🔥 sets

Even with the contest, of course everyone wanted to make it through, be in the line-up, show what they got, but I never felt like people were fighting each other to prove who was the strongest.

It was still competitive, but the main energy was sharing, dancing, listening, connecting, and I think that’s what made the whole thing so special.

Big thank you to the whole Random Circle team, Batalla & Marta for inviting me, and everyone who made this happen.

Still processing this one.
