The past two weeks have been hectic.

We had to take an unexpected break from therapy, and instead of panicking, we trusted that God was in control. I took it as an opportunity to slow down, lean in, and take rest in Him.

Our days have been slower, more intentional, and everything we didn’t know we needed. In this busy season of work & life in general, the more I lean in, the more I see this as a blessing—a calling to be more intentional, to be slower, to be more present.

Thank you, God.

Happy Birthday to our sun, our moon, and all our stars. ✨

To the man who always puts his family first, the one who would move mountains to make the impossible happen. Thank you for being the most incredible father, devoted husband, and my very best friend.

There will never be enough words to truly express how much you mean to the boys and I, or how deeply loved and appreciated you are every single day. We are so grateful for the life we’ve built together, and we can’t wait to celebrate many more birthdays by your side.

We love you more than you’ll ever know. Happy Birthday, my love. ❤️

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads out there! 💙
Fathers are often the steady hands, strong shoulders, and quiet heroes who show up day after day for their families.

Whether it’s carrying little ones on your shoulders, coaching from the sidelines, teaching life’s lessons, or simply being
present when it matters most- your impact is immeasurable.

Today, we celebrate the fathers who lead with strength, love, patience, and dedication. The example you set helps shape healthier, happier families and stronger communities.

A special Father’s Day shoutout to Dr. AJ! Thank you for the care, leadership, and dedication you bring to our Wellness Evolved Chiropractic family and community every day. We appreciate all that you do.

From all of us at Wellness Evolved Chiropractic, we wish you a day filled with love, appreciation, and quality time with those who matter most.

Happy Father’s Day! 👨‍👧‍👦💙
