✨ Meet the Owner | 20 Years in Business ✨
Hey, Ayse here! 👋
2026 marks 20 years in business — something I’m incredibly proud of and, if I’m honest, something that feels quite surreal to say!
Twenty years has brought so much: exciting opportunities, amazing people, plenty of challenges, a fair few lessons learned the hard way, and countless moments that have pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.
Running a business isn’t always easy. There have been highs, lows, moments of doubt, stepping far outside my comfort zone and learning as I’ve gone along. But through it all, one thing has remained at the heart of everything I do — building genuine trust and lasting relationships with my clients.
I’ve always believed that business is about so much more than what you sell. It’s about kindness, connection, sharing knowledge, supporting others, celebrating their successes and continuing to learn, evolve and stay curious.

I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful clients who have supported me throughout the years, for those who have been with me from the beginning, and for all the new faces who have joined along the way. You really are a huge part of this journey. 🤍
I’m also incredibly grateful for every member of my team, past and present, who has been part of this journey. Thank you for believing in me, believing in yourselves and bringing your own skills, energy and commitment to the business. I couldn’t have reached this milestone without the people who have supported me, challenged me, encouraged me and helped make the journey what it is.
As I look ahead, I’m excited for the next chapter — more learning, more growth, more connections, new adventures and, hopefully, plenty more memories along the way.
20 years down… and I’m definitely not done yet.
Thank you for being part of the journey. Here’s to whatever the next 20 years may bring! ✨

47 mins is rather slow, but I won my category, powered by Two Chicks. Commentary by Savanna, standing in for Zac while he is in Thailand.

Supermarket research is work. Commentary by Zac, as usual.
Impressed by the local brands here. Bali people, what have I missed?

July, you were a big one 💙

1 & 2. Started the month pitching Jolene at the @twochicksffe pitch night …
3. and somehow ended the evening as the winner! Still can’t quite believe it 🥹
4. Spent many days battling distractions in the form of Teddy cuddles. His favourite place to sit is, of course, directly on top of my laptop 🐈
5. Wedding dress alterations ahead of my wedding next month, with my Jolenes packed, of course!
6. An incredible female founder networking lunch with @businettes_uk at C. Hoare & Co, the UK’s oldest privately owned bank.
7. A much-needed mini spa retreat to @hoarcrosshallhotel to help ease the combined stress of planning a wedding and growing a business.
8 & 9. Visited MAD//Fest @madfestlondon for plenty of marketing inspiration. Thank you @virginstartup for my ticket!
10. Lots of coffees at local coffee shops and co-working spaces. Basically, anywhere with air conditioning where I could work without roasting!

A month filled with some very big business highs, wedding preparations, founder friendships and plenty of behind-the-scenes graft. Now for August, which includes Jolene’s second birthday and my wedding… no pressure!

Inside the room at our Two Chicks Den Pitching Competition.
Female founders took the stage to pitch their businesses in front of our dragons and a room full of supporters.
This is what Two Chicks and Future Female Entrepreneur is all about: giving founders the platform, the room, and the network to back them.

POV: my second public pitch, and we placed 2nd 🥈💚

Three minutes to make the case for keeping families out of court and children out of harm’s way.

Nerves, cue cards, and one very big number: 100,000 children stuck in the family court system.

Come behind the scenes of pitch day with me 🎬

Huge thanks to the judges @mr.oye @ltullidge (and Oliver Woolley, Jessica Rasmussen & Peter Soliman), and to @twochicksffe and @farrer_co for walking the walk when it comes to supporting female entrepreneurs 🙌
