3 Things for growth…

1.When opportunity is given never accept or show up in any other way less than prepared in EVERYWAY. One thing that you can’t get back is time and the impression left, but that is all based on the PREPARATION done prior too.
(Picture 1)

2. Give it your ALL at ALL times no matter what the obstacles, hurdles or conflicts you’ll faces because more of those things are more so internal & personal & sometimes those are the hardest battles. ALWAYS keep going because it’s always better on the other side but the thing is you have to keep going to get there.
(Picture 2)

3. Leave EVERYTHING & EVERYBODY better than you found it. You never know what someone is overcoming or battling . Leave EVERYTHING & EVERYONE better than you receive, we’re given or found.

Year 3 came to a wrap a week ago to this date & I can’t express how GRATEFUL I am for this season journey, lessons, up’a & down’s! When I started on this Professional journey my #1 priority was (& still is) the guys, our players & the organization NOT me. My thought process daily is “what can I do to help, improve our guys & the organization as a whole..” I’m a firm believer that if you’ll help others get closer if not fully attain all God has for them & the goals they have set throughout the process you’ll collide right into yours too!

•Best Record in Organizational History
•#2 Seed in the Central (THE toughest conference in the @tbasketballleague )
•Won first round series 2-1
•Conference Finals Runner Up
•NUMEROUS 7ers Promoted Overseas & more
ALL in JUST 3 YEARS
&
•2025 MORE GROWTH, PROSPERITY, ELEVATION, OPPORTUNITIES & FAVOR

THANK YOU to our amazing TMO @shray1929 who sacrifices much to offer opportunities to our guys day in & out. I appreciate you more than you know because I SEE the behind the scenes grind so again THANK YOU for continuing to entrust me to lead.

THANK YOU to my wife for supporting & allowing me to do what God has equipped me to do & always being my rock to fall back on staff, the advise you give & the voice of reason at the PERFECT TIMES always!!

THANK YOU to my Staff for rockin w/me like you do. I know I’m not the easiest to work w/day in & out because my standards don’t waiver it know that your ALWAYS greatly appreciated for the sacrifices you all made to be apart of the journey!

THANK YOU to our fans especially our #1 Fan @baxter_berle1999 for your faithfulness! We appreciate each of you! Last but surly not at all@least

THANK YOU to our amazing guys!!!!!!!! Goodness I appreciate y’all more than you’ll ever know! When I’m in my office and y’all just walk up to rock w/me it means more than ya know. I appreciate your trust, respect & honor daily. Despite any lows & all highs I appreciate each of you in more than I could even attempt to express! THANK YOU ALL! We had a remarkable season this year & what’s to come will be continued to be a blessing but we are NOT satisfied…STAY TUNED!

After a long third season of being an assistant coach for the @tx7ers I want to first thank our team owner Ms. Sammie Howard for trusting and allowing me with the opportunity and also want to thank my wonderful brothers I got the opportunity to coach these players with @coachk24 @wayofri and @thachosen5 and last but not least our amazing fans and friends that has supported me through the countless hours it took to help push our team to make history this year by finishing 2nd place in the toughest conference in the TBL league and ending in the conference finals for the first time in franchise history. To God Be The Glory…the journey continues.. #7ersUp #7on1 #thebasketballleague #AntAcademy #HornZ #hoopsoverpolitics #AndHereWeAre #CancunOn3
