The fastest way to grow a business isn’t working harder. It’s paying someone to teach you what you’re bad at.

When Viconic started taking off, we grew so fast that I stopped growing. The business was scaling and my skill set wasn’t.

I knew we had a gap in real estate. Clients wanted same-day real estate content and I couldn’t deliver it.

Then, in God’s timing, right when I was thinking about investing in myself, Claudio reached out to Miss Tucson, who connected him to me. I booked the class without hesitation. Didn’t know the guy. Didn’t know he’d change my life.

Here’s what I learned: every skill gap in your business is costing you money right now. You can spend two years figuring it out alone, or two days learning it from someone who already has.

Stop trying to self-teach your way out of a bottleneck. Find the person who’s already good at it and pay them.

When we first crossed paths, we knew we could build something.

We didn’t know it would change all of our lives.

Phil meeting Zarina. Claudio reached out to Zarina. Claudio meeting Phil. Four people, and something Tucson wasn’t expecting.

Claudio taught Phil how to film. Phil was cutting hair at the time. Then boom — a whole company.

Zarina went from Miss Tucson to thousands of views and hundreds of leads, and a business that skyrocketed.

None of it happens alone.
