Have you ever found yourself romantically really into someone? And everyone around you agrees that this person is super nice and charming? But then that person slowly starts to reveal really bizarre behaviors and you’re like “wait–that’s weird!”? But then you start thinking you must be imagining it because like noooo way would someone you’re into ACTUALLY be that freaky and bizarre? But then that freakiness and bizarreness transforms to a deep sense of dread and confusion and embarrassment and you don’t even know how to get yourself out of the webb of that person’s entrapment?

Yeah me neither (🤭) but Lily Allen’s album really made me feel all that. West End Girl is in my top ten favorite albums of all time, so I was so excited to fly up to Auckland and see her perform it live. Things happen and the concert didn’t go through, buuut I had to show off this shirt that @holtracey designed for me because I’m really obsessed with it.

The silver lining was that I got to spend time with my friends who I haven’t seen in months and we all listened to the album together anyways!

Oh, also I saw Hilary Duff while I was here and went up the Sky Tower again because lol why not. Love you Aucky and see you again soon!! Love you so much @lilyallen and please come back to NZ any time!! I can’t wait to experience West End Girl live one day. :’)
