HARDCORE AB WORKOUT 🔥

Warm up:
High knees
Mountain climbers
Arm circles
Side lunges
Plank

Circuit:
Goblet squat Superset W/ 30 second Wall sit weighted (12-15)

Floor/bench dumbbell press Superset W/pushups (12-15)

Shoulder press superset W/Should raises (12-15)

Very impressive things are happening @eatmancereal

For the longest I stopped adding cereal to my diet because it’s generally considered to be ‘bad.’ So imagine a cereal that has 1g of sugar, 15g of protein and CREATINE, low fat and KETO! WOW 🤯

More impressive is the fact that they don’t use any sugar alcohols to make up for the low sugar. That’s literally unheard of.

10/10. Worth every bite. Worth every crunch. Can’t wait to try other flavors!
