Loved every minute at @txnedef Fitness Market. We moved through two yoga sessions, filmed a few episodes of Afrofit Outside, and soaked in all the ways people move. 🔥

From rock climbing to Pilates, strength to bodyweight, it was all about showing up, trying new things, and being part of a community that really cares about wellness.

So much energy, so much fun, so much heart. Can’t wait for the next one! Thanks for having us apart of something so special💪🏿

The event featured @afrofit_tribe @bayfitco @510society_ @good.forme.pilates @friendsthatlovefitness @westcoastgolfbabes @catfitness3 and more! Check out these amazing wellness communities🤲🏿💖

This is what we mean when we say community. A room full of people who showed up, pushed limits, and left better than they came. Fitness is the vehicle. Growth is the destination. Oakland, we’re building. 🔥

We look forward to sharing soon what’s coming next 💪🏾🔥

Second Fitness Market did not disappoint. The community showed up, the vendors showed out, and the vibe was everything. Big thank you to @txnedef for making it happen once again and @pacificpipe for hosting us.

Stay tuned on what’s coming next
