Ohhhh Santorini, Santorini. Had the most amazing time with the most amazing family in the world!!!!!! I wouldn’t trade them for anything!

We had soooo much fun celebrating our Debs and Andy’s wedding! Crazy thing I don’t have as many photos as I thought I did.

We were really living in the moment! And yes great things were happening, you just won’t see it. Lol.

Last night, I couldn’t stop smiling. Watching the Ramsay family launch their new restaurant @ramsayswingsntings in Luton was pure joy. I’ve seen the sweat, the tears, and the relentless graft that’s gone into making this dream a reality. And yesterday, I watched as crowds of people queued around the block just to taste the food.

This wasn’t just a launch it was a living picture of resilience and faith in action.

Leadership isn’t only about steering the ship when the seas are calm; it’s about holding steady when the storms come, refusing to let go of the vision even when the waves are high. The Ramsays showed us that grit and belief aren’t abstract concepts they’re choices you make every single day when no one’s watching.

If you’re building something right now and it feels tough, take heart. Stay the course. Keep showing up. Your “opening day” moment is coming and when it does, it’ll be worth every ounce of the journey.
