Summer 2026 wrap up

Been a busy summer, I just wanted to take some time to give thanks and show the love to the people who have been around me supporting me with everything from prep to lil man, to pushing me to my limit, I’ve always heard the bodybuilding is a solo sport and I can’t help but have the complete opposite opinion, everyone around me has helped in ways they might not of realised.

Honestly one of the best summers of my life and more to come, my lil mini not so mini anymore starting yr1 and I’m starting to feel old, taken some time to reflect over the last 6 months and honestly

Big shout out to all my people around me from my partner to my friends and work friends who I consider family ❤️

The ultimate illusion is believing you have to choose a side.
The iron giants build the armor. The masters of gravity forge the control. To truly unlock what the human body is capable of, you cannot limit yourself to one domain. Become unyielding. Defy gravity.
Build the mass of a giant. Master it like a demon. Do both.

the difference 8 weeks can make is kinda wild… 160kg is a number on bench i’ve been chasing for years, to think that it’s been less than 7 months since i’ve come back to training. 180kg next

This is why cupping isn’t just for pain…

Those marks aren’t damage… they’re a sign your body is finally moving again.

Cupping works by lifting the tissue, allowing stuck blood, tension, and stagnation to clear—bringing fresh circulation back into areas that have been restricted for too long.

In TCM terms, it moves Qi and Blood, clears internal heat, and helps restore balance where the body’s been compensating.
Most people don’t realise—tightness isn’t the problem.

It’s what happens when things stop flowing.

It’s for recovery, performance, and keeping your body functioning properly.

If you train hard, sit long hours, or feel constantly tight—this is for you.

Recovery isn’t optional. It’s the edge.
