There is the new boy in town and I’m liking what I’m seeing. Some pumping tunes, a cocktail, a beer and some mighty fine burgs to suit everyone’s taste! They’ve even created gluten-free and vegetarian options which may I say tasted off the charts. I was lucky enough to try the falafel burger, pulled brisket in a soft AF (And fluffy) buns, chicken burger and beef patty, cheese, tomato with a special sauce in a lettuce leaf bun, genius. 👀Close your eyes and you will see👀 There's a new burger joint in town by the name of @bunbar_burgers in Manly doing some pretty cool things with their burger buns! #thebuninnovators

Sure they have the unbelievably light 'Soft AF' bun which is more of your classic burger bun but what sets these guys apart is their specialty buns catering to vegetarians, vegans, gluten free and Keto. @bunbar_burgers are changing the burger bun game with lettuce wraps, grilled rice buns and falafel buns for those of us who have dietary requirements or just shredding for Euro summer💪

The Smoked Beef Brisket on the Soft AF bun was a winner for me: tender juicy pulled meat, fresh coleslaw and a slightly spicy chilli drizzle🤤. I love this burger! And the Falafel'burg was a revelation, with hummus, tabouli and a tahini drizzle on falafel buns. This will keep the vegos/vegans happy and even meat-loving folk like me because it still tastes earthy and almost meaty.
The vibe is relaxed and super friendly helped along by the fact that these guys serve booze! Choose from icy cocktails, beers, rośe and even prosecco (if you want to a little bit #fancy🥂) Thank you @bunbar_burgers for having me and @blackermedia for the invite! Pic credit to @jimmywongeats❤
