My heart is SO full after yesterday. 🥹❤️

I could not be more proud of every single one of these girls who stepped on that stage. The work, discipline, growth, and heart that went into this show day was incredible.

🦹 SQUAD STATS 🏆
🥇 3 CLASS WINS
🥈 6 SECOND-PLACE FINISHES
🥉 2 THIRD-PLACE FINISHES
🏅 1 FIFTH-PLACE FINISH — in a division we decided just a few weeks ago to jump into!

And while those placings make me incredibly proud, what I saw backstage and what I felt throughout the entire day made me even prouder.

The community this squad has built is something special. Watching and hearing everyone support each other, hype each other up, help with the little things, celebrate each other’s wins, calm each other’s nerves, and genuinely want to see the woman next to them succeed, THAT is what this has always been about for me.

Yes, we come to compete.
Yes, we want to win.
Yes, we work our asses off to bring our absolute best.

But creating a space where women can chase big goals while feeling supported, encouraged, and surrounded by people who truly want to see them thrive, that was the vision for this community.

And yesterday, I got to stand back and watch that vision come to life yet again ❤️ So thank you to every single one of for being part of this squad and for continuing to make it what it is.

A HUGE thank you to my right hand, @adrienne.blythe, for being my second stage mom 😂❤️ and helping me balance ALL the things. I truly couldn’t do these show days the same without you.

And thank you @ripthompson_ and @clavocreations for documenting this special day.

Yesterday was just another glimpse into what we are building, And we are just getting started. I am SO excited for what’s coming next. Stay tuned, because there is a whole lot more coming from @thefitnesscompoundgyms. 👀🔥
