Queer Agenda April.

My Garment is a leotard and skirt combo covered in some patches and a bunch of cut up band T-shirts from all the concerts I attended in my teens and 20s. A decade later and the opportunity to craft, create, and demand time towards music and art is such an honor.

Never have I been shaven so delicately like a sheep, but thank you to @greg1217 for my hair. My respect and love to @rosedamante for purchasing and working on the hair bun.

Thank you to @tyler.goulet for taking the photos.

not a big numbers guy
(i’m pretty bad at math) but thank you so much for your continued love + support ( ꈍ◡ꈍ) ꕤ* ̆̈.ೃ࿔*:･̆̈
it’s so so cool to know that so many of you genuinely rock with the music i make and i hope it is as special to you as it is to me ♡ ̆̈♡ ̆̈♡ ̆̈
+++ to the 11 of you who have me in your top 5 artists, let me buy you a coffee or something that’s so awesome ̤̮̤̮̤̮̤̮̤̮⋆˚✿˖°̤̮

as an artist i don’t agree with what spotify, as a company, stands for and what they funnel money into. every day i consider pulling all of my music from the platform but i am unsure of what to do as i feel like i’d lose connection with a large chunk of you.

personally, when my student plan runs out at the end of this year, i will be cancelling my own subscription and probably sticking to soundcloud + bandcamp since they have a lot of good music, are fairly priced, and don’t support such terrible things.
i encourage you all to do the same and ditch spotify; in situations like this, your money and where you choose to spend it is pretty much as powerful as your voice.
but to be fully transparent, unfortunately i will probably keep uploading my music to spotify due to outreach and exposure but i will never give them another dollar and again, i encourage you to do the same.

+++ hella new (and old…) music in the works so keep your eyes peeled! maybe i’ll put up some demos in the meantime…

peace & love always + thanks for an awesome year!

HELLO ALL: We’re here to say that May 2024 will be an eventful month for Impound. First and foremost, we plan to release a new single May 3, some of you may know “SPOTLESS.”

If you haven’t already heard our music up on all platforms now, “WASTED” & “SAY IT ALL,” you’re blowing it and you need to lock in.

On another note, we plan to play a couple shows in the CT area:
• MAY 2, THE CRUNCH HOUSE
• MAY 19, @runwaypunks AT @sugarhollowtaproom
• MAY 24, TBA (Stamford)
• MAY 31, TBA (New Milford)

P.S. Here we have assorted photos 1. An alternate cover art for WASTED & 2. A lovely show photo shot at @mytisane by a really great show photographer @tyler.goulet

This has been great, gotta go now. See you at the show 🫡
