16 hours of training. 4 bowlers. 12 hours of travel. 2 days.

Chicago, thank you for a weekend of real work. 🎳

Every Intensive is 1-on-1. Each bowler gets my full, undivided attention for the whole session, because their game deserves that kind of focus.

Intensive trainings aren't easy. We spend 4 to 6 hours straight on the lanes bowling and talking through the game. We figure out what's unique about each bowler and which tendencies we need to target so their shot making gets more consistent.

We always start with the foundation: pins, fit, and shoe support. If the equipment is working against you, nothing after it holds up. From there, we get into the specifics of each bowler's personal game.

Every player made great progress this weekend. More importantly, every player left with tasks so they can keep this work going in their own practice. Progress doesn't stop when I get back in the car.

Proud of the effort each of you brought. Now let's go build on it.

Curious what an Intensive looks like? The details are in the comments. 👇

EYT BATTLE ROYALE: 5TH/6TH!!!
.
Had a pretty good weekend at the eyt battle royale. But, some unfortunate occurrences and dumb moves and decisions by myself gave me a 5th/6th place finish.
.
Short: +228 🥇
Long: +76 6th
Medium: +154 🥇
Overall: +458 🥇
.
Had incredible ball reaction on the short the whole time, mid ball reaction on the long, and incredible ball reaction most of the time on the medium (we don’t talk about game 3). Physical game felt great the whole time, just gotta work on trusting my gut a little more and making more drastic changes.
.
Congrats to @easonjtaylor11 @leabesevic and @weston_sadler for winning your divisions!
.
But, most importantly, CONGRATS TO @autumn_strode09 FOR WINNING 3 FREAKING YEARS IN A ROW!!!! I’m so proud of you and you really deserve it. Thank you for making me feel better when I was down after losing and making this weekend extra special. I love you so much ❤️❤️❤️.

PBA Junior Lockport:
Last weekend I competed at my first PBA Jr in Illinois. It went pretty well. My first block on short put me in 5th. I had a bad last game, but other than that, I did good. The medium block wasn’t horrible, but could have been better. I struggled with my thumb in my spare ball and fixed it a little too late unfortunately, but I stayed consistent through the block. I was sitting in 6th. The final block was the long and I did very well. I stayed consistent, in the middle I had a game where I couldn’t figure out the left lane, but still had thrown it well and did good on my spares. I am very proud of the long block, especially my spares.

Overall the weekend was very fun, and I am proud of my physical and mental game. I missed cut by 3 pins, finished 7th. Again, even thought I didn’t get extra bowling, I am very happy with how I bowled. #stormnation #committedtobowling #iambowling #stormevolution #stormbowling

PBA JR TITLE #3!!!!!🏆
.
This weekend was a great weekend. Very glad to finally get another win under my belt after several weeks of mid. Absolutely GRINDED the whole time with a high game of 248 the whole weekend, but still managed to average 220, with a lot of 220s and 230s
.
Short: +129. This was a great block overall. Very consistent with 4 games in the 230s pretty much and a 190. Spareshooting was surprisingly good for O’Neil, and overall just kept myself close to the top of the leaderboard.
.
Medium: +89. Always my least favorite pattern at PBA JR tournaments but surprisingly went pretty well. I was +41 after 4 and shot my highest game of the weekend with 248, just another grindy block.
.
Long: +67. Normally my favorite of the patterns. Not thaneable this time. So obviously I didn’t bowl as well. I bet yall have heard this before but a grindy block. Also had 2 217s, so that’s pretty peak.
.
@rotogripbowling RST Hyperdrive is the greatest bowling ball ever created.
.
Thanks Mike Sledz and everybody at @pba_junior for running a great tournament this weekend and to @ridgelypotterjr for getting the 10 out at the perfect time for me 🙏🙏.
.
Congrats to all of the other winners, especially @arrynodujebe because he’s just the goat and beat everybody. Also congrats to my beautiful girlfriend @autumn_strode09 for getting 2nd.❤️

Meet your 2026 Mindset Gear Ambassadors. 🎳

This season we have 22 of them.
Twenty-two bowlers who said "yes" to doing the harder work — the kind that happens between the shots, when the pressure shows up and nobody can throw the ball for you.

Being an Ambassador isn't about averages or trophy shelves. It's about being willing to talk honestly about the mental game so the bowler next to you knows they're not the only one carrying something.

We're introducing them a few at a time over the next several days. First up:
⚙️ Arryn Odujebe (VA)
⚙️ Holden Wellman (NC)
⚙️ Christina Scibetta (NJ)
⚙️ Tyler Paulus (IL)
⚙️ Faith Holmes (KS)

Welcome to the crew. We're proud to have you.

Drop a comment and let them know you're in their corner. More names coming tomorrow. 👀

SYC photo dump and mini post:
SYC Ohio was definitely a disappointment to say the least. First block was very bad and my spares were not normal at all. Second block my spares were better but not the greatest. I unfortunately was dealing with a wrist injury, but didn’t want to pull out and put some tape on it, and it didn’t get worse. Last block, my spares were better but still not where they have been recently. My wrist was the same, and my last two games, I couldn’t get anything going. I did have fun on Friday though, I got to do some hyper bowling with friends, which was very fun. Overall, this weekend was definitely disappointing, but it is just another learning experience and tournament. I had a lot of stuff on my mind, and I am trying to clear that and get better with having stuff on my mind during bowling. Thank you to @stormproducts for making the best bowling equipment and bowling balls. Thank you to Leanne and Blair for a great tournament, as always. A HUGE congratulations to Taylor Morgan for winning her first SYC!!! So proud! Remember to always be kind. #stormnation #committedtobowling #stormbowling #stormevolution
