🪬 DETAILS!!!

Most only witness the highlights or result of the DIRTY WORK, which is the brunt of one’s progress.

Tyler’s patience and attention to detail is what allows her to make larger leaps in her success!

After a long rainy day at Marionapolis Prep, the Groton Boys Track and Field Team finished 2ND PLACE IN NEW ENGLAND D3!! Special shout-out to division MVP Salim Hill (placed in every event he participated in)!! Shoutout to all the other New England champions! On the girls side, we narrowly missed a top-5 finish. Both girls relay teams put on a show and jumped up multiple seeds to gain valuable points! Congrats to all the Athletes who competed and thank you to all the seniors who lead this season! Thank you for a wonderful season!

Results from the second meet: Congrats to the Girls for their first win of the season! Kristen won her second meet in a row in the pole vault and second former Tyler was consistently good in all her events. Captain Jojo Sulmasy also secured valuable points in the discus and shot put. On the boys side, a third place finish was earned through great performances from Salim (PB in the LJ), Chris, Quinn and the boys 4x400 team. We got to the Tabor Invitation this weekend which kicks off at 3pm!
