College football. what a crazy journey you were! I’m beyond thankful for my time at four amazing programs over the past six years. Thank you to all the coaching staffs, strength staffs, teammates, families, and fans that I’ve had the pleasure of playing with and for.

Thank you to Iowa Western, Iowa State, McNeese State, and Lindenwood for taking in a kid from Omaha, Nebraska, who was just chasing a dream. It was an honor to wear the Captains C on my chest for three different programs. The accolades, championships, wins, touchdowns, stats, and everything else will never come close to the memories and relationships that will last a lifetime, and most importantly finding my relationship with Christ.

I’ll never truly be able to put into words what this journey has meant, but I can only thank the Lord above for everything it has taught me. All the highs, lows, and lessons I’ve learned playing college football will stay with me forever. From winning the JuCo Heisman as a freshman, to playing for a national championship, traveling the country to play the best sport in the world, and everything in between. This is something I could have never dreamed of, but only prayed for.

Always bet on yourself, always keep God first, and to anyone out there who’s ever been told they can’t do something, don’t listen. Just go prove them wrong, and more importantly, prove yourself right. I’m excited for what the future holds. God bless.🙏

On Day 3 of @collsportscomm Membership Appreciation Week, I want to say thank you to our social media and content team led by @dayton_hammes. This group is incredibly creative and talented and shine a bright light on the great things our student-athletes do.

When CSC brought creatives in the fold several years ago I thought it was a great move and the way we all collaborate on a daily basis only proves how valuable our partnership is to the success of our department. We are blessed to have them as part of the @isuredbirds team! #CelebrateCSC
