Show 95 - Ska Sunday! The always excellent Kmoy (the band) closed the show with Kayleigh's awesome jacket, Precure dreams, and skanking with Big Larry. Incredible musicians, cool people, and wonderful songs. Heal my life! A blast from my past with JT Turret, who I saw back in the Sprout days, opening and always cool to see Andrew on guitar with Title Holder. And The Originals had a set of Reel Big Fish covers (and Beer by The Off Peaks). Very cool show!

Show 73! Jamilahpalooza! I got to see damn third wave ska legends Big Larry and the Skankers for the first time! Also math rock superstars Tooth Bones and the live band debut of the amazing Nedezuga! Lots of cross-pollination between these bands with one tireless drummer keeping the beat all night, Jamilah playing in every band and Kayleigh Kmoy and Tyler Lee Jones in 2 each on multiple instruments. Great music all around at The Gutter and remember Big Larry and the Skankers are watching over me!

Show 50 part 2 - Kmoy the band! Nothing hits like Princess Precure live with a crowd that connects to it! Sorry Darling was so damn good nobody cared that they didnt play ska, and Ska Crash was fun as hell! 6/6 killer sets in one show made the drive to Connecticut very much worth it! Hell yeah @413ska and @bubbleteagrunge!

Show 45! Subway to Skaville Anniversary Show! Hi, I'm Val. KMOY (The Band) was positively triumphant. I almost feel like I can escape Delayed Green and heal my life. Damn that Precure Album means a lot to me, always a thrill to hear those songs live and see the fine folks in that kickass band. The Pandemics were extremely cool as well, awesome ska band with great songs and I was happy to catch The Abruptors from Buffalo before heading back east. Ska has always been an important part of my musical diet and I love finding new bands to skratch that itch.

Thankful for all of the dear friends, family, and more for the love and support as always. I wouldn’t be who I am today if it weren’t for all of you.
